In the wake of reporting’s of many consultant doctors had left the country without properly informing absolutely no one. To the irresponsible manner they have left without notifying relevant authority.

And adding to the confusion Health ministry putting out statements “we considers these consultant doctors who had left the country and their posts-as individuals who has resigned…etc.” , there were contradictory reports being published and circulated by various media to government outlets stating “there had been an outright ban been introduced in preventing consultant doctors leaving the country even for a purposes of attending a Medical conference to workshop” as of today 16th August 2023 Health ministry is at a limbo, unable to process exactly what’s been said by whom to be clarified.

But now today it is been reported in an interview officially, health ministry, secretary Mr. Janaka Sri Chandragupta has clearly outlined that the “ministry hasn’t taken a such a stern course of action or decision in regards to consultant doctors taking foreign trip and most reports are totally incorrect”.

With in the interview health ministry secretary further clarified that “the ministry alone cannot take such a decision or ministry has no authority in implementing such a rule or regulation”. And if a such a regulation were to be implemented it would be requiring scrutiny and involvement of many other authorities.
