USA – Committing “mass-scale” Cyber Theft under the disguise “Capacity Building Corporation” – China Claims.

According to many international reports United States is committing unprecedented large-scale cyber and information theft primarily from countries within Asia that does not possess sophisticated security measures or capabilities to prevent information theft been committed. Due to their inability to afford hi end modern security systems to counter measures.

Chinese Foreign ministry has heavily criticized United States over these operations alleged to have been carry out through the use of United States infamous clandestine Cyber Forces that had been operated by both the military as well as intelligence Agencies.

Chinese Foreign ministry spokesperson Ms. Mao Ning accused United States of large-scale unprecedented information theft and cyber intrusion. She further stresses United States is particularly targeting an infiltrating neighboring country throughout China to use them as a springboard to launch coordinated attacks and intrusions towards China.
