Washington’s willing to—Sacrifice Every Last Ukrainian Soldier…to the Bitter end.  

It has been reported that the United States Government has once again approved a shipment of arms and ammunition amounting to well over 250$ million dollars to be  sent to the Ukrainian Frontline. The move and the announcement has been condemned by the Russian Embassy within the United States. The shipment is said to include artillery shells, air defense munitions and mine-clearing equipment. This weapons shipment transfer comes in the midst of Ukrainians are launching  attacks towards Russian civilian regions. Even though this act was criticized by many western led critics warning it could lead to unintended escalation of the war into NATO held  Nations. Particularly towards Poland.

The US State department has officially announced and acknowledged the Lethal aid on Tuesday 28th of August 2023. It has noted within the Lethal aid package munitions for the HIMARS rocket system, AIM-9M air defense missiles, Javelin and other anti-tank weapons, as well as 3 million rounds of small arms ammunition will be included.

Russia’s Embassy in Washington condemned the act of weapons transfer as “the height of hypocrisy,” and that the US officials “are not willing to give up the concept of fighting Russia to the last Ukrainian Soldier”.

The Russian Embassy also criticized US Senator Mitt Romney’s comment about providing military aid to Ukraine. Where he has declared American assistance to Kiev was helping to weaken both Russia and China at a bargain price, calling the aid 

“the best national defense spending I think we’ve ever done.”

The Russian Embassy further clarified that the Senator’s comments were very Callous and extremely dangerous. The Senator further commented as United States is diminishing and devastating the Russian military for a very small amount of money. We are losing no lives in Ukraine. The Russian Embassy questioned  how a US elected Senator could have made such a gross statement regarding a war where all the fighting is done by a third party Nation. Where all the sacrifices and losses have been incurred  by those third party Nation soldiers from their own lives.

It has been estimated by many observers and analysts with this additional 250 million aid package being added the total  value of Lethal aid provided to Ukraine by the United States  is amounting to  well over into 43$ billion dollars since the start of the conflict.  

This amount is only from the American side, in addition Ukraine is also receiving a considerable amount of Lethal aid from many NATO led  Nations. particularly from Germany. However with all this military aid being provided Ukraine forces had made very little progress against Russian Territorial gains since the start of the conflict. Especially with their well publicized summer counter offensive.

Many Washington’s leading military analysts  to intelligence sources had raised their doubts about Ukraine’s ability to “severing Moscow’s land bridge into Crimea”. Because the primary objective of the Ukraine forces is to capture a swath of land toward the Azov Sea coast. Where Moscow’s land Bridge is located at. With present circumstances of losses Ukraine is going through many believe it’s summer counter offensive will fall well below it’s intended principle objectives.

Russian officials had commented out of frustrations not being able to gain any territorial victories over Russian forces. The Ukraine armed forces are opting to launch relentless Drone and UAV led attacks towards Russia’s civil populated regions. Assuming  such acts would deter the support for the Russian armed forces within the Russian society. But what has taken place within Russia as a result of these attacks, support for the military has increased dramatically .
