Sri Lanka Community Specialist Doctors College (College of Community Physicians of Sri Lanka – CCPSL) has selected Specialist Dr. Vindhya Kumarapeli as the 31st Chairman of the association, the appointment was held yesterday (17) at Galadari Hotel Colombo.

In connection with this event “Be Connected. A national project was launched to promote complete wellbeing in all phases of life called “Stay Well”, the project will be implemented for physical, mental, social and spiritual wellbeing from infants to adults in this country.

All members of the Sri Lanka Community Specialist Doctors College are dedicated to improving health outcomes and being respected worldwide, contributing highly to making significant progress in the fields of maternity and child health, immunity and disease management. I was also reminded of that there.

Mr. Krishantha Abesena, Minister of Science and Technology, Mr. Nihal Abesinghe, former President of Sri Lanka Community Doctors College Dr. Kapila Jayaratne, Secretary Dr. A.S. Members of the Ministry of Health and Media were together representing the Sri Lankan Community Specialist Doctors Association including the gentlemen Santhushya Fernando.

Special doctor Vindhya Kumarabeli has been selected as 31st President of Sri Lanka Community Physicians of Sri Lanka – CCPSL), the appointment was held yesterday (17) at Colombo Caladari Hotel.

In comparison to this event, “Be Connected. A national plan to improve holistic well-being in all phases of life has been launched in the name of Stay Well The project is aimed to improve physical, mental, social and spiritual wellbeing from children to elderly adults in Sri Lanka.

Through this program, people will be given opportunities and guidance to develop relationships with family, friends, community and environment, and actively participate in social activities. College of Sri Lankan Social Doctors demonstrates commitment in taking health and wellbeing measures through this national program.

I just reminded that all members of the Sri Lankan Social Doctors College have expressed their commitment to improving the health outcomes of Sri Lanka, being globally esteemed and contributing to significant improvements in the fields such as Thai Sei Health, Disease Prevention and Disease Control.
